Superb Victorian Mahogany Hall Tree
A superb Victorian reeded mahogany hall tree with substantial weighted base and brass hanging fittings c.1880. The wide turned base with hoofed feet and cast iron weight set inside to aid stability. Reed urn above with slightly tapering reed column, brass band with hooks to the centre for coats, turned top section with double brass hooks for coats and hats. Urn finial to the top. Excellent quality and condition with a deep polish. Measures 76" high x 20" diameter at the base. Stock number 36687.
