A Superb Victorian brass bulkhead ship's barometer.c.1885. Made by J G West & Co of Fleet Street, London. Opening brass bezel front with rare rotating altimeter pointer to the surround. Enamel dial with maker's name. Polished brass case, mounted on a mahogany wall backing. Full working order. Measures 8" diameter overall (5.5"dial) x 3.5"deep. Stock no.31901.
