Superb Polished Oak Banjo Barometer
A superb mid Victorian polished oak banjo barometer c.1880. Porcelain dial with decorative lettering to the weather predictions. Matching porcelain thermometer scale with mercury action thermometer. Foliage decoration to the sides of the case and leaf carvings to the shaped top and base. Full working order. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine to the case. Measures 11" wide x 35" long x 3" deep. Stock no. 37787.
