A superb Moorcroft pomegranate pattern vase signed William Moorcroft C.1914. Spherical form with shallow foot and flared rim. Decorated with a continuous band of tube lined pomegranates surrounded ...by leaves and berries. The background in dark blue with the decoration in soft reds, purples and ochre tones. Signed in full to the base William Moorcroft and impressed with the early Moorcroft, Burslem England impressions. Presented in perfect unrestored condition. Measures 8.5" high x 7" max width. Stock number 39777.
