Superb Large Moorcroft Freesia Flambe Vase
A large Moorcroft Freesia flambe vase in mint condition, signed William Moorcroft c.1930. Squat base with tall neck above, the lower half of the vase decorated with a continuous band of tube ...lined Freesias. The flowers painted in rich blues, dark reds, yellows and purples, set against a rich orange flambe ground, fading to darker tones to the base. Moorcroft factory impressions to the vase base over signed with Williams Moorcroft's signature indicating a date of manufacture c.1930. Presented in immaculate perfect condition with no restoration. Measures 6" diameter x 9.5" high. Stock number 40295.
