Superb Extending Oak Refectory Table
A superb solid oak extending refectory table with two pull out leaves and carved base c.1880. Thick two plank top with cleated ends sat over a superb carved base with bulbous legs and supporting H stretcher, matching carving to the top rail. Two leaves sitting under the surface pulling out on self supporting sleepers. Seats 8 closed and 10-12 open. Very substantial and useable with excellent original rich colour and patina. Measures 6' 6" long closed and 10' long fully open x 33" deep x 31" high. Stock number 36823.
