Superb Edwardian Walnut Upholstered Warings Stool
A superb Edwardian walnut framed upholstered stool c.1880. Made by highly regarded furniture maker, Warings of Deansgate, Manchester. Overstuffed seat with attached feather filled cushion to the top. Reupholstered in Abraham Moon pure wool. Solid walnut turned supports and swept carved under carriage stretchers in William & Mary style. Maker's label to the underside. Measures 21" square x 21" high. Stock no. 38001.
