Superb Edwardian Olive Green Leather Wing Back Armchair
A superb quality Edwardian wing back armchair with original olive green hide upholstery c.1910. The substantial and well shaped frame with original horse hair and dark olive green upholstery. Original loose feather filled leather seat cushion, brass stud work edges and matching stud work apron to the base. Sat on a moulded polished mahogany base with supporting cross stretcher and splayed back legs. Presented in excellent original condition with a rich patina to the hide, no tears or repairs; very comfortable and useable. Measures 36" maximum width x 30" deep x 41" high to top of chair... back x 19" seat height. Stock number 40665.
