A superb quality Edwardian mahogany 8 day mantel clock with Art Nouveau inlays, fully serviced and working c.1905. The solid figured mahogany case with fruitwood, mother of pearl and brass inlays in the Art Nouveau style; complementing brass drop handles to the sides. Convex porcelain dial with Arabic numerals and blued steel hands set behind a convex bevelled edge glass, which is mounted in a polished brass bezel. The 8 day French movement with platform escapement, fully serviced and working. Presented in immaculate condition with a rich colour and original patina.
