A superb early Victorian timber gilt framed mirror with original pediment and gilt finish C1850. Oblong design with stepped corners, original plaster and wire work pediment to the top with urn to the ...centre and swags to the sides. Egg and dart design moulding to the outer edge of the frame with flat inner edge; flower head design decorations to the corners. Original oval bevelled edge mirror to the centre with leaf wreath boarder. Inset mirror panels to the corners. Original patinated gilt finish and original mirror glass in excellent condition. Measures 37" wide x 32" high to top of pediment x 2.5" deep. Stock number 34586.
