Superb Early Moorcroft Ochre Ground Pomegranate Vase
A superb early Moorcroft flared top pomegranate vase on rare ochre ground C.1914. Fully decorated continuously round the rim with a mixture of full and open fruits, with a band of berries to the bottom. Set on the rare ochre ground, with good deep glaze. Impressed Moorcroft, Burslem England to the base, signed William Moorcroft in full. Measures 10.5" tall x 6" diameter at the rim. SN 33398.
