Superb Antique 'Sea-Coast' Stick Barometer
A Superb Mid Victorian antique polished mahogany 'Sea-Coast' stick barometer.c.1870. Made by J H Marlow of Harrogate. Porcelain inverted scales with double vernier markers for yesterday & today readings to the mercury action tube. Matching porcelain thermometer scale to the centre. Bevelled edge glasses to both. Moulded edge cistern cover to the base and cornice to the top. Full working order. Top quality. Measures 6" x 4"deep x 41"long.
