A superb quality Victorian carved oak sunburst design cased aneroid barometer with porcelain dial by Ben Franks of Hull, C.1885. Aneroid movement behind a decorative white porcelain dial bearing the makers name Ben Franks, Hull. Sat behind a beveled edge glass mounted in a polished brass bezel and centre reading marker. Fully overhauled movement, immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 11" diameter x 2.75" deep. Stock number 34361.
