Small Victorian Oak Banjo Barometer
A small proportioned well carved solid oak banjo barometer in full working order c.1880. The solid English oak case with with crisp carving and turned surround to the barometer dial. Glazed view window set in a polished brass bezel and centre reading marker, decorative porcelain dial set behind. Matching thermometer scale with original mercury action thermometer set in a glazed box to the upper half of the case. Aneroid movement in full working order. Bears the retailers name J Blowey, Plymouth to the dial. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine, fully working and guaranteed. Me...asures 25" long x 8" max width x 2.5" deep.
