Small Victorian Brass 'Four Glass' Mantel Clock
A Small Late Victorian brass 'Four Glass' mantel clock.c.1890. Porcelain dial with 'Fleur de Lyse' decoration and brass rimmed surround. 8 Day French movement striking on a gong to the hour and half. Original mercury filled pendulum. Small proportioned polished brass case with slim pillars to each corner and stepped moulded edge bracket feet base. Thick bevelled edge glasses to each side. Measures 5.5" x 4.75" deep x 9" high. Stock no. CB1267.
