Small Period Oak Two Panel Coffer
A small proportioned period oak two panel coffer with carved relief C.1720. Hinged two panel top with moulded pegged frame. The matching front with fielded panels and carved top rail, decoration to the uprights, matching carving to the top rail on the sides. Opens to reveal a clean interior with panelled back and planked base, candle box to the side. Forged iron hinges and original lock plate to the front. Rich colour and original patina. Measures 36" wide x 17.5" deep x 23" high. Stock number 35571.
