Small James II Period Oak Coffer c.1680

A small James II period oak coffer with carved front c.1680. Six plank construction with moulded edge lift up lid. Semi circular carved decoration to the front. Very small proportions for the period. Superb rich patina. Measures 28" wide x 9.5" deep x 12" high. Stock no. 37794.
