Slim Victorian 6" Dial Mahogany Banjo Barometer
A fine quality carved mahogany slim proportioned aneroid barometer with 6" dial c.1880. The slim case with carved relief to the edges carved from one solid piece of timber. Engraved silvered dial to the aneroid movement set behind bevel edge convex glass set in a polished brass bezel with centre reading marker. Matching scale to the thermometer box with original mercury action thermometer. Superb quality presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine and in full working order. Measures 8" wide x 40" long x 3.25" deep. Stock number 36720.
