Silver Scent Bottle Cover by William Comyns
An unusual and fine quality Edwardian period solid silver scent bottle cover with original matching removable bottle to the interior, hallmarked London 1903. Rounded front and rear with flat sides and domed top below the collar, screw fitting lid to the top. The front embossed with Reynolds Angels design decoration, the hinged opening base with hook style catch release. Opens to reveal the original removable glass scent bottle in perfect condition. Bears the makers mark for London silversmith William Comyns along with slightly worn hallmarks. Presented in superb condition with a deep ...shine. Measures 5.25" high x 2" wide x 2.10" deep.
