Silver Pocket Watch Style Triple Sovereign Case
An unusual Edwardian period solid silver triple sovereign case in the style of a large pocket watch, hallmarked Birmingham 1906. The circular case with slightly domed sides and hanging loop to the top, press button catch release to the centre of the loop. Opens to reveal an immaculate interior with three engine turned spring loaded sections for holding the sovereigns and half sovereigns. All sections with matching hallmarks, along with the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Williams Ltd. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 2.5" diameter x 3" high inc hang...ing loop x 0.5" deep. Stock number 39583.
