Silver on Glass Tea Pot Coaster
A superb quality George V fretted silver on glass tea pot or bottle coaster, hallmarked Birmingham 1935. Circular form with quarter plate glass inner, which is overlaid with a fretted solid silver frame. Geometric cross design to the centre with scroll design decoration to the corner infills; the silver face returning around the sides and onto the underside to secure the glass in place. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths William Greenwood & Sons along with clear hallmarks. Presented in in immaculate condition with no damage or losses. Measures 5" ...diameter x 0.25" deep. Stock number tba.
