A Regency period walnut table box with parquetry decoration to the lid, original turned bun feet and a lined interior c.1830. Decorative parquetry inlaid top in a mixture of ebony, mahogany, boxwood and fruitwood, plus banded panels of walnut to the sides and original turned rosewood bun feet to the base. The hinged lid opening to reveal an original red leather cloth lined interior with original working lock and key. Ideal as a jewel box or for keepsakes.
