Regency Mahogany Cheese Coaster
A Regency period solid mahogany two section cheese coaster with original polish and castors c.1825. Curved mahogany platform with two sections to hold different sized cheeses. Turned ends forming the handles with decorative pateras to the handle ends, with matching panels to the front and back; all sat on a moulded edge base. Original castors to the underside for ease of moving the coaster up and down the table. Excellent quality and presented in original condition with a deep shine. Measures 17" long x 10.25" deep x 6" high. Stock number CS273.
