Rare Victorian 'Rapid Indicating' Aneroid Barometer
A rare Victorian oak cased 'rapid indicating' patented aneroid barometer c.1890. Set in a polished turned oak case with white porcelain dial sat behind a glazed view window with central reading marker. The rapid indicating aneroid movement shows rapid pressure changes compared the standard aneroid barometer movement. Fully serviced and working, presented in excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 8.5" diameter x 2.75" deep. Stock number 40478.
