Rare Antique Silver Mounted Barometer
A rare antique Edwardian period antique silver mounted barometer with decorative hammered finish and skeleton movement. Hallmarked Birmingham 1904. Turned solid mahogany back with applied hammered solid silver front, decorative brass hanging loop to the top. Visible skeletonised movement with porcelain enamel dial set behind bevel edge glass with a brass bezel and centre reading marker. Bears the makers mark for silversmith Henry Matthews. Full working order, superb condition. Measures 6.5" diameter x 2" deep. Stock number 34044.
