An unusual and rare mahogany cased 8 day single fusse drop dial wall clock with centre seconds hand and subsidiary dial recording the time (c.1890). Moulded surround to the case with matching back box... with access door to the base of the drop box and to the side. Original painted 14" dial with centre seconds sweep hand and subsidiary dial for the time with side winder. Sat behind a glazed view window with polished brass bezel. 8 day single fusse movement with dead beat escapement and original chain drive. Full working order. Superb quality and condition with a deep. Measures 18" wide x 22" high x 6" deep. Stock number 34536.
