Quality Edwardian Walnut and Timber Gilt Mirror
A quality Edwardian figured walnut mirror with carved gilded decoration and pediment in George III style c.1910. Ornate carved swan neck pediment to the top with shell crest and scroll design decoration. The walnut mirror surround with swagged gilt boarder to the outer edge and fine decorative gilt boarder to the mirror edge, plus swags to each side of the frame; complementing apron to the base. Original quarter plate mirror glass in excellent clear condition. Boarded back with secure fixings for wall hanging. Presented in excellent condition with a rich colour to the w...alnut veneers and original gilt finish. Measures 22" wide x 43" high x 1.5" deep. Stock number 40951.
