A fine quality Edwardian mahogany cased 8 day mantle clock with Prince of Wales feathers inlay c.1900. The solid figured mahogany case with peaked top and boxwood strung edges, Prince of Wales feat...hers inlay set against a green fruitwood background to the lower half of the case. Porcelain dial with Arabic numerals and blued steel hands sat behind a bevelled edge glass mounted in a polished brass bezel. The 8 day Paris made movement with platform escapement, fully overhauled and working. Presented in immaculate condition with a rich colour and polish, fully serviced and working. Measures 6" wide x 3.25" deep x 9.25" high. Stock number 39609.
