Pair of Mid Victorian Staffordshire Spaniels
A matching pair of top quality Victorian Staffordshire Spaniels in mint condition c.1880. Each dog with superb detail to the moulded pottery, typical of the earlier pieces. Both decorated over the glaze with rich hand painted terracotta patches and complementing detailed painting to the faces. Gilt relief decoration to the chains on each in excellent condition. Both presented in superb condition with no ware or damages. Each measures 7" wide x 4.5" deep x 10" high. Stock number 40872.
