A fine pair of cast silver George III style candlesticks by highly regarded maker William Comyns, hallmarked London 1939. Octagonal bases with rising circular centre supporting the column with matchin...g octagonal vase shape centre. Ring turned candle holder to the top. Each clearly hallmarked to the base and bearing the makers mark for William Comyns & Sons. Superb heavy quality (720g) Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Each measures 4.5" wide x 4.5" deep at the base x 8" high. Stock number 37098.
