Pair of Fine Quality Bohemian Portrait Vases
A fine pair of 19th century Bohemian glass vases with gilt overlay decoration and painted portraits to the front of each c.1880. Circular foot with urn shaped body above to each, long slender necks above with flared rim above. Each intricately hand gilded with flowers and foliage decoration throughout, the centre of each vase decorated with a raised hand painted plaque painted with a portrait of a young lady in classical dress with a head veil to one and a shaped head dress to the other. Presented in immaculate condition with no ware or damage. Each measures 3.75" diameter x 11.5" high. Stock... no. 37880.
