Pair of Edwardian Silver Butter Knives

A matching pair of Edwardian engraved solid silver butter knives with mother of pearl handles, hallmarked Sheffield 1909. Each solid silver blade with shaped top and decorative deep cut engraving, matching reeded solid silver mounts. Tapering mother of pearl handles with rounded ends to each. Each bears the makers mark for Sheffield silversmiths Allen & Darwin along with clear hallmarks. Presented in immaculate unused condition and sat in the original silk and velvet lined presentation case. Each measures 6.25" long x 0.75" blade width. Stock number 40284.
