Pair of Early Victorian Newcastle Silver Spoons

A matching pair of difficult to find Newcastle silver sauce spoons with gilt basins, hallmarked Newcastle 1841. Each matching spoonn with rats tail handle and deep oval well; original gilt finish to the basin of each. Each bears the makers mark for Newcastle silversmith John Walton along with clear hallmarks. Both presented in immaculate condition. Each measures 4" long x 1.2" wide x 0.3" deep at the basin. Stock number 40784.
