Pair of Early Victorian Narrow Chests
A matching pair of early Victorian figured mahogany narrow proportioned chests of drawers with original fittings c.1850. Each chest with figured timber top sat over a three drawer base and each figured timber fronted drawer strung with fruitwood edges. Original embossed gilt brass octagonal handles with ring pulls, the drawers with clean oak lined interiors. Moulded apron foot to the base of each. Presented in in immaculate condition with a rich colour and deep polish, ideal as lamp tables or as bedside chests for small spaces. Each measures 10.5" wide x 12.5" deep x 27" high....
