An outstanding quality Victorian serpentine and specimen marble obelisk thermometer by sought after maker Negretti & Zambra C.1885. The heavy circular domed base with small bun feet and ring turned plinth, the domed section with a colourful mosaic of specimen marbles. The turned serpentine marble column with finial to the top and octagonal central column supporting the thermometer with bone scale and original mercury action thermometer in full working order.
