Outstanding Quality Scent Bottle by William Comyns
An outstanding quality silver topped and capped scent bottle by highly regarded maker William Comyns, hallmarked London 1902. The glass vessel with dimples to each side, solid silver top with four panels laid over the top of the glass, each with embossed angels decoration. Silver collar above with hinged snap closing lid to the top, matching embossed angels decoration to the top. Opens to reveal a dished interior to direct spills back into the bottle, original ground glass stopper to the centre. Bears the makers mark for highly regarded Birmingham silversmiths William Comyns along with clea...r hallmarks to all sections. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 3.5" diameter x 4.75" high. Stock number 40026.
