Outstanding Quality Regency Bergere Chair
An outstanding quality Regency period mahogany framed bergere arm chair with leather arm pads and seat cushion C.1830. The moulded polished back running down to meet the scrolled arms and matching design arm supports. Turned front legs with turned pateras to the mounts. The cane work back and seat base in perfect condition, leather arm pads to the frame and matching loose seat cushion. Sat on the original brass castors, excellent condition and polish, very sturdy and useable. Measures 35" to top of the back x 27" deep x 25" wide x 18" seat height. Stock number 36199.
