An outstanding and very large Meiji period fluted Imari bowl C.1880. Exceptionally large size and of fluted form, decorated with underglaze blue overpainted with a floral design in rich terracotta red...s, greens and yellows with golf relief. Immaculate condition with no damage or restoration. Measures 8" deep x 13" wide.
