Outstanding Engine Turned Enamel Card Case
An outstanding quality Austrian silver engine turned enamel card case with unusual dark orange enamel and engine turned back, marked Sterling c.1910. The superb quality engine turned front with engraved flower basket to the centre set in a black enamel cartouche. Complimenting grape and vine engravings to the corners set in matching black enamel, the engine turned centre finished in a striking deep orange enamel. The sides engraved with a grape and vine design boarder and the rear of the case finished with a crisply engine turned sunburst design finish. Opens to reveal an immaculate unused ...gilt lined interior. Marked Austria along with a London import mark, 925 & Sterling. The finest quality and presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine. Measures 3" wide x 2.25" deep x 0.45" high. Stock number 39007.
