An Outstanding Late 19th Century walnut framed London made Ottoman.c.1890. Made by James Shoolbred & Co of London. In the Art Nouveau style with reeded supports to the surround and decorative fans to ...the base. Lift up over stuffed seat top with a fitted and lined interior, originally for sheet music. Now ideal for magazines or storage. Pure wool backing to the show frame. Recovered in Abraham Moon check pure wool to the top. Stamped with the maker's mark to the base. Superb quality and rare to find an ottoman with an elaborate frame. Measures 36" x 18" x 21"high.
