Moorcroft Slipper Orchid Flambé Vase
An immaculate Moorcroft 'Slipper Orchid' flambe glazed vase c.1940`s. Bulbous base with broad neck above the centre of the vase, with a continuous band of tube-lined decoration in slipper orchid design. The flowers painted in dark reds and yellows with complementing green leaves. The terracotta coloured flambe glaze turning darker towards the foot of the vase. Bears Moorcroft impresions to the base and presented in immaculate perfect condition. Measures 3.75" diameter x 5" high. Stock number 40690.
