A Mid Victorian oak rope twist surround Liverpool Ship's barometer.c.1880. Original dial bearing the maker's name, Parkes of Liverpool. Crescent shaped thermometer to the base. Brass bezel surround with bevelled glass and centre reading marker pointer. Solid oak rope twist carved case. Brass top and base wall fixings. Full working order. Measures 11" diameter x 3"deep.
