Matching Pair of George III Brass Tavern Candlesticks
A pair of collectable late George III period brass tavern candlesticks with bell metal bells to the centres c.1800. Wide ring turned bases with deep rims forming drip trays. Cast columns with open centres, each with cast bell metal bells set to the centres, small steel handles on each to ring for attention from the landlord! (See video) Candle scounces to the top of each with wide rims. Superb heavy quality and presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Each measures 6"diameter at the base x 13" high Stock number 38223.
