Late Victorian Walnut Cased Fusse Dial Clock
A Victorian walnut cased 8 day single fusse English dial clock with original painted dial C.1885. Moulded walnut surround to the dial with matching back box with access door to the base and side. Original painted dial with Roman numerals bearing the retailers name S.G.Wooton, Coventry. Sat behind a glazed view window with polished brass bezel. Original single fusse movement with anchor escapement, fully overhauled and working. Presented in excellent condition with an original patina and good mellow colour. Measures 12" dial x 16" diameter x 6" deep. Stock number 35926.
