Late Victorian Walnut Cased Aneroid Barometer
A late Victorian turned and carved walnut cased aneroid barometer with porcelain dial and skeletonised movement c.1890. The turned solid walnut case with carved stylised decoration to the dial surround. Porcelain dial with weather predictions and skeletonised aneroid movement sat to the centre. Bevelled edge glass with central reading marker mounted in a polished brass bezel sat over the dial. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine, fully serviced and working. Measures 8" diameter x 4.5" dial x 1.5" deep. Stock number 41280.
