Late Victorian Silver Plated and Crystal Claret Jug
An elegant Victorian silver plated and cut crystal claret jug in superb condition c.1900. The slender vessel with flared base and deep cut diamond design decoration to the centre. The deep polished silver plated collar with shaped handle decorated with vine leaves and grapes set to the side and a complementing pouring spout to the front. Domed lid set above with finial to the centre. Presented in excellent condition with a deep shine and no ware to the silver plated fittings and perfect clear crystal. Measures 5.5" diameter x 6.25" wide with handle x 11.5..." high. Stock number 40525.
