Late Victorian Oak Cased Negretti and Zambra Barograph
A late Victorian solid polished oak barograph with chart drawer and thermometer C.1890. Moulded edge frame to the glazed top section with bevelled edge glasses. Moulded edge platform with two section chart drawer to the base. Hinged opening top with locking catch. The brass and steel movement with original bellows and 8 day duration movement, thermometer, nib and reading adjusters. Bears the makers name, Negretti & Zambra. Fully serviced movement and in full working order, includes charts and ink. Measures 14.5" wide x 8.75" deep x 8.5" high. Stock number 34479.
