Late Victorian Mahogany 8 Day English Dial Clock
A late Victorian solid mahogany 8 day English Dial clock with original 10" dial bearing the retailers name Inglis of York C.1900. Turned mahogany dial surround and matching back box with access door to the base. Painted dial with Roman numerals bearing the retailers name J. S. Inglis, York, sat behind a glazed view window with a polished brass bezel. The original 8 day movement with anchor escapement, fully restored. Superb condition with original patina. Measures 13.5" diameter x 5" deep. Stock number 34054.
