Late Victorian Leather Upholstered Bay Window Seat

A late Victorian bay window seat with carved mahogany cabriole legs and deep buttoned hide upholstery c.1900. The angled top designed to fit into a bay window, the four front mahogany legs with detailed carving and claw and ball feet, the side and rear legs plain in design with a moulded foot. Deep buttoned tan hide upholstery with piped and brass stud work edges. Very sturdy and useable, a most unusual item. Measures 89" maximum width x 37" deep from front edge to back x 19" high.
