Large Victorian Skeletonised Marine Barometer
A large Victorian brass cased skeletonised marine barometer with reverse painted scale to the view window, fully serviced and working c.1890. Broad dished polished brass case with hanging loop to the top, silvered interior with superb quality skeletonised movement visible to the centre. The glazed view window painted to the reverse with weather predictions sat around the outer edge, reading marker knob to the centre. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine, the movement fully overhauled and working. Measures 6.5" diameter x 7.5" high including hanging loop x 2" deep. Stock numbe...r 41388.
